INTERACTION
We like to start the old fashioned way--with a conversation. In our initial meeting [face-to-face, teleconference or cyberchat] we will interview you and/or your staff about your products and services, how you define your target market, your company goals, your competitors, what sets you apart, etc. Rambling is encouraged, and with some clients we even provide an industry specific questionnaire that can be given to your management or sales staff. This questionnaire helps us understand how your staff interacts with customers, and how they see your market. Our notes from these meetings and questionnaires form the basis of our marketing recommendations.
INTERPRET
After we get to know your company, products and services, we begin brainstorming how your message can be interpreted in creative ways to reach potential customers.
Our team puts together a "wishlist" of ways the advertising goals you have expressed can be reached. This "wishlist" may include printed marketing pieces, media buys, internet marketing avenues, promotional products, direct mail, etc. Each suggestion will include estimated design and production costs. Often, clients choose to give us a project budget. Dux D'Lux will formulate a marketing plan that will stay within this budget and maximize your advertising dollars.
INVENTION
Next, our award-winning design team will generate creative concept designs for the marketing solutions you have chosen. Whether we are working within a previously established "look", or creating a completely new concept, Dux D'Lux uses proven design ability, copy writing skills, illustration, and photography to create a unique and effective marketing program. When concept designs are complete, we will meet with you [in person, via teleconference or on-line appointment] to discuss our ideas and suggestions. Once you have approved the concept designs, production of the finished pieces begins. We want your input at every step of the design process to ensure that your finished products accomplish your marketing goals.
INFLUENCE
This is our execution phase. Our creative invention is not complete until it begins to influence your target audience. Dux D'Lux offers services to ensure that you influence potential customers with accurate and innovative marketing pieces. When your designs are produced, our staff will see your project through to completion including printing, website launching, shipping of goods, etc. Many clients rely on Dux D'Lux for media buying and ad placement for year-long campaigns. We can also handle the bulk mailing of direct-mail marketing or employee incentive pieces. Our goal is not only to accomplish your marketing goals, but to take care of the tedious details involved in executing your marketing program.
