GARY PERMENTER MINISTRIES

Gary Permenter is a
full-time Christian speaker, specializing in youth and college
oriented events, church revivals, retreats, summer camps, etc.
About a year after he began his ministry, he decided to include
a line a t-shirts in his offerings. Many of the speaking engagements
Gary schedules become spiritual "mountain tops" for
the church-goers who attend. Gary felt that offering t-shirts
would be a great way to help attendees remember their experiences,
while at the same time giving them a non-threatening way to
share their Christian faith. Because Gary does not require set
fees, and often relies on the generosity of the churches who
book him for speaking, the t-shirts also served as a great way
to supplement his income.
When Gary made the decision to add the t-shirts
to his ministry, he came to Dux D'Lux with a few ideas he had
scribbled down while driving between engagements (a scary thought,
if you know Gary). We convinced him that he should abandon his
dreams of becoming an artist and let us fine tune his ideas.
Gary usually sells about 8 different t-shirt designs when he
speaks, rotating them seasonally. The shirts have become so
popular that several other full-time Christian speakers and
musicians also sell his shirts at their engagements.
