INTERACTION.
The first step in developing an
effective marketing program or advertising piece is our
interaction with you. We need to know what your message
is, and the best source of that information is YOU.
We start with a conversation. In our
initial meeting [face-to-face or teleconference] we will interview
you and/or your staff about your products and services, how
you define your target market, your company goals, your competitors,
what sets you apart, etc. With some clients we even provide
an industry specific questionnaire that can be given to your
management or sales staff. This questionnaire helps us understand
how your staff interacts with customers, and how they see your
market. Our notes from these meetings and questionnaires form
the basis of our marketing recommendations.
